What is the cost, and what is included in your registration?
- Vendor registration at either event includes an approximately six-foot skirted table (full table = $500, half-table = $300). There is a special rate for vendors that register at both the Parnassus and Mission Bay Showcases. Only $900 for a full table at both events for $550 for a half table at both events).
- Space is limited, and priority spaces will be assigned to vendors at a first come, first served basis - so sign up early!
- Vendors will also have access to an excellent buffet lunch — eat at your Showcase booth, or in a vendors-only lunch area.
- Because these are UCSF-sponsored events, we can assure you the best possible exposure of your products and services to UCSF's scientific community.
- We will mount an extensive publicity campaign on campus, using e-mail lists only available to internal UCSF sponsors. Also, an extensive array of food, drinks, music and door prizes will attract UCSF's lab managers, postdocs, technicians, PIs and students to your booth.
- Once they are at the event, each Scientific Vendor Showcase attendee will be able to obtain prizes, food and drinks for visiting vendors' booths, so be sure to bring plenty of materials to distribute!
