Work Study & RA/TA Positions

Note: All work study and Research Assistant/Teaching Assistant (RA/TA) positions for UCSF nursing, medical, dentistry, pharmacy and life sciences students are posted on the School of Nursing Job Board.
How do I search for work study positions?
- Click on the School of Nursing Job Board
- Choose the Work Type drop down menu, and select: Work Study or RA/TA
- Hit the "Find" button.
- If there are positions available, they will be listed.
What do I do if no work study or RA/TA positions are listed?
At UCSF, it is often the case that students can identify faculty or departments they wish to work in, approach the entity directly, and inquire about the possibility of work study or RA/TA positions.
If you would like advice about doing this, please visit Student Financial Services office or visit the OCPD. Both can share information about where previous work study, RA/TA recipients have worked on campus in the past.
