Emergency Department Nurse Manager

If you believe quality of care and quality of life go hand in hand, this is the place to put your beliefs into practice. We are currently seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a team in our Emergency Department at Sacramento, California.
In this role, you will manage a 36 bed Emergency Department and ensure that staff provide the highest quality of care. You will establish, implement and maintain patient care and service standards to meet member and internal client standards. In addition, you will also develop and monitor budgets and financial performance, and determine appropriate staff mix. Work will also include overseeing and developing standards of care and standards of practice.
Requirements for this position include:
- 5 years of nursing experience in both patient care and management/leadership roles required
- Minimum of 4 years previous supervisory experience required
- BSN or Master's preferred
- Current CA RN License and BLS and ACLS Certification
- Must be able to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment
