  • Postdoc planing their IDPAre you concerned about how to set career goals during uncertain times?
  • Are you struggling to make consistent progress in your research during COVID?

Career planning and professional development planning are important skills for every successful graduate student and postdoc.

In this interactive session, we'll discuss the benefits of developing a plan during your time at UCSF. We’ll review examples of plans and timelines created by students and postdocs. You'll then have a chance to create or revise your own development plan in light of the challenges you’re facing during COVID and we'll discuss strategies to discuss your plan with your PI.

Participants who complete this seminar will have the opportunity to get individualized feedback and coaching on their COVID plans.
