Overview

September is Nonprofits month at the Office of Career and Professional Development. This month, we look at careers in the wide range of organizations that are categorized as nonprofits. This includes think tanks, scientific societies, foundations, and professional associations. We'll talk with professionals who have PhDs about how their values have driven their career choices to get them where they are today.

Learning Objectives

  • Learn what's required to enter these careers
  • Understand the values of people who go into these different careers
