Overview

Module 2 - Using Inclusive and Sustainable Supervisory Practices
In this module, we drill down on the seven supervisory practices that will allow research mentors to create a more inclusive environment, by mitigating the biases inherent to any relationship. We briefly cover fundamental principles of onboarding, setting expectations, giving feedback, responding to issues and discuss sustainable principles in supervision.
