Overview
Are you considering different career paths, wondering what might be a good fit, or just want more information about yourself to help you make decisions? If these questions resonate for you, try the Meaningful Work Kit! In this session you will engage in an interactive online assessment that helps you identify the values, skills, and elements of work culture most important to you. You'll have a clearer sense of what meaningful work looks like for you, what thriving means to you, and what values are guiding you right now. You’ll get to assess how your current or future opportunities might align with these priorities, hopefully getting some clarity to shape your future choices.
Before you join:
- You need an internet-enabled laptop or tablet. Phones may not provide adequate physical screen space.
- The majority of our time will be spent individually with the online interactive card sort.
- We will also spend some time in small / full group conversation to help each other retrieve insights.
