Do you want to know more about career pathways for PhDs in industry? Learn about the culture in industry settings compared to academic? Join this open discussion with CPD staff about industry careers and culture for PhDs. Whether you have questions to ask us or want to just listen, we invite you to come!

This office hours is a complement to the PhD Careers and Culture in Industry event. Graduate students and postdocs are welcome to attend whether you went to that event or not.

Office hours are held at least twice monthly, with virtual options and in-person events at the Mission Bay Campus. View our events calendar for future dates and times!

A note about our virtual events: We would like to welcome you, as and where you are, to our virtual events. If there are times you just don’t want to be on camera, feel free to attend this event with your camera and mic off. If you prefer to switch on your camera and participate that’s great too.
