Faculty & Staff Partnership Options

Whether you're looking to refer a student, integrate a single educational program, or embed career readiness across your curriculum, we offer flexible partnership opportunities tailored to your program's goals.

Career Counseling

Refer a Student

Students can meet individually with a career counselor at any stage of training, from orientation through residency and fellowship applications, licensure decisions, and first job negotiations.

We also encourage students to complete the optional Career Readiness Self-Assessment, which serves as the foundation for their Annual Career Check-up, a structured career counseling conversation that helps students reflect on their progress and establish career readiness goals for the year ahead.

Career Readiness Programming

We design and deliver customized 60- or 90-minute educational programs aligned with your program's competencies and curricular goals.

Faculty and staff can partner with us to:

  • Integrate a career readiness program into an existing course
  • Promote campus-wide career readiness programming
  • Invite us to facilitate workshops for RCOs
  • Serve as a mock interviewer or panelist during career preparation events

Programs are organized around the four stages of the Health Professional Student Career Readiness Framework.
