Dr. Clement developed evidence-based, equity-focused trainings that support students and postdocs in pursuit of faculty careers. In order to continue offering you this outstanding training, OCPD has named an Interim Program Director for Academic Careers.

New Interim Program Director for Academic Careers

Rachel Care, PhD currently serves as both Program Manager for PhD Career and Professional Development and Interim Program Director for Academic Careers. She worked closely with Dr. Clement for two and a half years and is excited to continue to offer Dr. Clement's excellent programming.
