SOM SJV PRIME Toolkit to Navigate Professional Realities Class

Audience:

How can your values help guide you through your journey in the medical profession?

This session is designed to help SOM SJV PRIME students reflect on the role their values play in shaping their professional identity and experiences throughout medical school.

Students will explore potential internal and external barriers they may encounter during the program, consider strategies for navigating these challenges, and become familiar with services and resources available to support their success.

By the end of this class, students will be able to:

- Reflect on how their values influence their identity within the medical profession

- Prepare for internal and external barriers they may face during the program

- Identify services and resources available to support them throughout the program.
