Preparing for the Interview
Expressing Your Gratitude
Evaluating, Accepting, or Rejecting an Offer
  • Recent grads can check the following websites for salary comparisons: glassdoor.com, salary.com, and Bureau of Labor Statistics
  • Offer Management Guide (sample offer acceptance, 'declining the offer', or 'withdrawal from pool' letters)
  • Honor your professional commitments.
    • Before accepting an offer, make sure you understand the role, timeline, and expectations. Reneging on an accepted offer can negatively impact your professional relationships, future opportunities and reflect poorly on both you and the UCSF community.
